The James A. Baker III Institute for Public Policy, working under a joint venture with the Japan Petroleum Energy Center (JPEC), will convene a workshop on the influence of Russian energy supply on pricing, security and oil geopolitics. At the workshop, scholars from the U.S., Russia and Japan will present findings from a new joint study by the Baker Institute and JPEC on "The Energy Dimension in the Russian Global Strategy."
