Welcome to the Fitness section of the Rice Rec Center, where we help undergraduates, graduates, faculty, staff, alumni, and community members with all their fitness needs. Fitness Programs offers weight room orientations, specialty programs, group fitness and mind/body classes, personal training, and fitness assessments.
Three Free Fitness Seminars In november
October 23, 2008
November 5th, 12th, and 19th join three guest speakers for worthwhile information on how to stay sane, healthy, and happy, during the upcoming holiday season. Learn new exercises to do while away from home, get direction from professionals on how to reduce the stress of holiday eating choices, and learn how to balance your diet leading up to the holidays. Our Specialty Programs page has more information about each of these sessions. Pre-registered attendees get a free resistance band to keep after learning exercises that use the band.
Free Fitness Events and Classes
