Authentication
jobs.rice.edu requires no authentication but allows you to setup an account as you go (and for future usage) if you submit a job application
jobs.rice.edu/hr uses LDAP authentication, that is, requires the user to know their Netid and password.
Troubleshooting
For jobs.rice.edu:
If you cannot access the site, please call the Human Resources Recruitment team at 713-348-4074. The individual recruiters are Elena Cumpian (ext. 5252), Michelle Potoczniak (ext. 5215) and Wiley Bennett (ext. 4091).

If you cannot access the site, please call the Human Resources Recruitment team at 713-348-4074. The individual recruiters are Elena Cumpian (ext. 5252), Michelle Potoczniak (ext. 5215) and Wiley Bennett (ext. 4091).
If you can see the site but have trouble login in using your Netid and password please call the Help Desk at 713-348-HELP or follow the steps below by yourself to determine the problem:
- Go to https://apply.rice.edu click Login try to login using what you think your Netid and passwd are. If you cannot login, the Help Desk will help you reset your Netid.
- If you can login to https://apply.rice.edu to Account Maintenance and then to Change Account Password and choose Resynchronize Account password
- Wait for about 10 minutes or keep refreshing the page until you see all green icons in front of the account names. Then try https://jobs.rice.edu/hr; again.
If you have made sure there is no problem with your Netid and password but you are still unable to login to jobs.rice.edu/hr please call the Human Resources Recruitment team at 713-348-4074.
