Computing can be frustrating if things do not work the way you want them to. We provide a few resources and services that will allow you to get the help you require in solving problems or simply further your technical knowledge in distinct fields of computing.
Talk to Support Staff

If you need help with Classroom Technology after business hours please call Operations at 713.348.4989 to have them page a classroom support specialist. Please give them a cell number to call you back.

Please consult IT Announcements to see if Information Technology is already aware of the outage.
- If possible, please create online request for help and include the word "URGENT" in the summary description
- OR email helpdesk@rice.edu and include the word "URGENT" in the subject line.
