Computing can be frustrating if things do not work the way you want them to. We provide a few resources and services that will allow you to get the help you require in solving problems or simply further your technical knowledge in distinct fields of computing.

- Help Desk - Personal assistance with technical problems for all Rice employees and students; faculty, staff, and graduate student requests are often routed to Divisional Support Staff and undergraduate student requests are often routed to SCCs.
