Student Computing Consultants (SCCs)
Each college has Student Computing Consultants, who are students that reside in the colleges and are paid by Information Technology (IT) to answer your questions and help solve your computing problems.
The preferred way to contact your Student Computing Consultant is by submitting help request at http://helpdesk.rice.edu. Be sure to include pertinent details in your description of the problem.
