Getting Started

• NetID (your campus electronic identity) and Accounts - In order to check your email and use other campus computing resources, you will first need to set up your NetID and password.
• Anti-virus/Security - Keep your computer safe, secure, and virus-free.
• Purchases - If you are interested in buying new computer hardware or software, check Rice's list of sponsored vendors for educational discounts.

IT Assistance

• Help Desk - Central point of contact for campus computing help.
• Training - Attend free, short classes to make the most of campus computing resources.
