Scenario: I'm Traveling or working off-campus

If you are working away from campus you can still acess many of the important electronic resources at Rice. The most important for accessing the campus is VPN. This allows you to view "Rice only" sites away from Rice.

Getting Started

1. Apply for VPN account - allows access to secure Rice sites and network from off campus locations when connected to the internet
2. Oracle Calendar - Access to the University calendar system
3. Webmail - access your email away from Rice
4. Voicemail - check your messages when away from your phone: 713-348-2000
