Rice is currently negotiating phone prices with several vendors. New vendors will be added to this page as agreements are finalized. Note: Cell phone information is provided as a courtesy for Rice faculty, staff and students. Rice does not negotiate rates or billing arrangements with cell phone vendors and each cell phone purchase is a personal purchase, including the use of a personal credit card or other form of payment.
