CNN-TV's 'Newsroom'
Thanks to a partnership between Rice, Singapore's Nanyang Technological University and the Villages for Development and Learning Foundation, Indian children may soon have access to one of the world's most advanced electronic notepads. Krishna Palem, the Ken and Audrey Kennedy Professor of Computer Science and electrical and computer engineering, was interviewed.
