Supervised research on topics relevant to the cognitive sciences.
Prereq- Permission of instructor.  Limited to majors in Cognitive
Sciences.

CSCI   420 BRAIN AND BEHAVIOR                       Credits 3.00  Fall 99
The neural basis of higher mental functions in humans such as
perception, attention, memory, motor skill and language will be
examined.  Claims and controversies from neuropsychology will be
discussed.  Other topics include basic neuroanatomy, experimental and
clinical investigative methods and the historical and philosophical
context of contemporary neuroscience.
Prereq- Psyc 362 or approval of instructor.
