MART 217   VIRTUE & VICE- A SURVEY IN MORAL THEOLOG Credits 3.00  Fall 02
This course will explore basic issues of living moral life; virtue, ethical
pluralism, norms of conduct, conscience & moral decision making, sin and grace,
faith & spirituality. The ideas of great moral thinkers from classical,
medieval and up to our own century will be considered. In particular, the
course will take note of how the Roman Catholic moral tradition has shaped and
been shaped in responding to various moral issues over two thousand years.
