approaches to gathering marketing information and understanding how the
individual steps of the marketing research process are interrelated.
Students design marketing research studies to address some of the most
commonly asked managerial questions, including estimation of marketing
potential, segmentation of customer groups, issues of new product
introduction, and reactions to marketing mix changes.
