Separable equations, first order linear equations, nth order linear equations
with constant coefficients, Laplace transforms. Vector spaces, dimension,
eigenvalues and eigenvectors of matrices. Systems of linear first order
differential equations, exponential of a matrix. Qualitative theory of
nonlinear systems. Math 211 will be taught using the computer assisted approach
using OWLNET.

Topics chosen from Euclidean, spherical, hyperbolic, and projective geometry,
with emphasis on the similarities and differences found in various geometries.
Isometries and other transformations are studied and used throughout. The
history of the development of geometric ideas is discussed. This course is
strongly recommended for prospective high school teachers.
