• Student Organization Resource Center—there are offices, cabinets and closets that are assigned to student organizations each year.
• GATHER—GATHER is the GLBTQA (gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, questioning and ally) resource center on campus and provides support and promote education, awareness and advocacy of GLBTQA issues.
• Graduate Student Lounge

Second floor, Rice Memorial Center

• Student Center Administration—visit us to publicize an event, reserve a room, or schedule the use of AV equipment.
• Rice Honor Council—student judicial branch that promotes awareness of and compliance with the Honor Code.
• Rice University Court—handles non-academic violations of the Code of Student Conduct.

The Cloisters

• Alumni Welcome Center/Office for the Director of University Events
• Office of Multicultural Affairs—serves as a resource center and "home base" for minority students.
• Rice Student Volunteer Program (RSVP) —organizes educational awareness and service opportunities.
• Office of Student Activities—helps students make connections outside the classroom through leadership development, campus programs, alcohol education, and Joint Campus Ministries.
• Clubs Office—pick up club mail or get info on starting a club, securing funding or, managing club finances.

First Floor, Ley Student Center

• Office of Academic Advising—get information on the pre-law and pre-med process, scholarships and study abroad.
• International Programs
• Women's Resource Center—serves anyone who holds an interest in issues facing women.

Mezzanine (west stairway), Rice Memorial Center

• RTV 5—a student-operated, student-run, and student-funded closed circuit TV station.

Second floor, Ley Student Center

• Campanile—home of the undergraduate yearbook. Photographers and and page designers are always needed!
• Office of Student Media—advises student publications and offers pre-journalism/publishing/design counseling.
• Graduate Student Association (GSA)—grad students, come by here to get involved or apply for a loan.
• KTRU—set your dial to 91.7 FM and tune in to alternate forms of making music.
• Rice Program Council (RPC)—organizes a range of activities from formals to Beer Bike to Barber Day.
• Student Association— the place to get involved, turn in petitions and make the student voice heard.
• Thresher— the weekly student newspaper offers up-to-date news about campus events, sports and entertainment.
