What you are filling out is merely a REQUEST. Requests are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and based on availability.
Effective Sept. 15, 2006, the Student Center has required a $25.00 dollar deposit to paint the Glass Doors. This deposit is to ensure that the Glass Doors are sufficiently cleaned upon the final day of a reservation, and therefore adequately ready for the next reservation to paint them. The deposit is fully refundable as long as the doors are cleaned by the alotted time. If you fail to clean the windows, your deposit will be retained and the windows will be cleaned on the day after your reservation.
