NEWS IN BRIEF: Food and Housing starts electronic gripe book

Students can now report housing problems to Food and Housing electronically, using the electronic gripe book. The gripe page is located at "http://www.rice.edu/projects/foodhous/projects/work_req.html" and can be accessed from any computer that has access to the World-Wide Web.

When students send in requests, they will receive messages telling them when the work should be completed and the work order number. The system is one to three days faster than using the paper-based gripe book.

Alternatively, students can e-mail F&H at work@fh.rice.edu.
