NEWS IN BRIEF: Changes made to `Campanile'

At the Student Association meeting on Oct. 23, Campanile Editor in Chief Andy Burmeister proposed several changes to the 1995-96 yearbook. Most of the changes dealt with the physical format of the Campanile .

Burmeister proposed shortening the yearbook to make it more manageable for the staff. He also suggested shrinking the overall dimensions of the book to "give it a more current look."

He also proposed switching from hardcover to paperback to allow the use of updated graphics.

The biggest modification would change the Campanile to a two-volume boxed edition. One volume would contain all university-related events; the other would contain the college sections. The box would possibly include year-end editions of the Thresher and University Blue.
