Erratum

In last week's staff editorial, the Thresher said that the Rice Program Council was creating by-college appropriations funds for the future. In reality, the RPC implemented decentralized appropriations funds this year, and they are done through each committee chair and their respective budgets. The committee chairs are the college representatives. The Thresher regrets the error.
