Newly-elected college presidents:

Tara Miller, Hanszen College

Michelle O'Hara, Sid Richardson College

Mitch Hollberg, Will Rice College

Sammy Lakshmanan, Jones College

Petitions for the the 1996 spring election to elect Sammy the Owl, Honor Council representatives at large and University Court representatives at large will be available at 8 a.m. on Feb. 26.

Official rule change to be in effect for the upcoming referenda to be voted on during the general elections on Feb. 27:

"To pass, at least 20% of the Student Association membership must vote, and 2/3 of those voting must approve the change."
