NEWS IN BRIEF: Three Rice professors win Fulbright Awards
English Lecturer Mylene C. Dressler, H.S. Autry Professor of Anthropology Stephen Tyler and Robert Bledsoe, a German and Slavic Studies assistant professor, were recently announced the recipients of Fulbright Awards.
They are among 800 academics and professionals worldwide to win the awards, which allow them to lecture, consult or conduct research abroad.
Dressler will study American literature in Mexico.
Tyler will go to Germany, and Bledsoe will be participating in the Fulbright German Studies Seminar.
