NEWS IN BRIEF: Honor Council vote
An amendment to the Honor Council constitution was approved by 74.8 percent of students in the recent general election. Graduate students will have an opportunity to vote on the motion next week.
To be approved, the amendment requires a vote in favor from 75 percent of graduates and undergraduates combined.
The amendment would increase the number of Honor Council members by nine, with one representative for each residential college and the Graduate House. Honor Council member Snehal Patel said the purpose of the amendment is to "increase Honor Council visibility."
Graduate students will vote on the amendment on March 21.
