NEWS IN BRIEF: English Department Awards

The Academy of American Poets Prize of $100 will be offered for the best poem or group of poems submitted by a Rice undergraduate to the Department of English.

Interested students may submit up to 10 pages of poetry to English Professor Susan Wood, Room 310 of Rayzor Hall. The deadline for submissions is April 3. The contest will be judged by an established poet not affiliated with Rice.
