LETTER: Wiess should be destroyed

by James Medford

To the editor:

I am writing in response to the letter ("Promise to move Wiess should be honored") from Tre Fischer in the April 12 Thresher , in which he stated his support of the destruction and relocation of Wiess College.

Although Fischer's heart is in the right place, I believe I speak for all Hanszenites, past, present and future, in saying that he did not go far enough.

Nothing short of implosion and subsequent tilling of the soil with salt will satisfy those of us who had to endure the view of that glorified No Tell Motel from our bedroom windows.

A post-destruction party on the rubble would be fun, too.
