SA Business


The Student Association Senate met Monday. The following issues were discussed

* Students can register to vote with deputized representatives at each college until Oct. 6.

* The escort cart is now running. Call 527-6000, Sunday-Thursday, 10 p.m. to 2 a.m.

* General Motor's new electric car, the Impact, will be on display Monday at the front entrance of Cohen House, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

* Mastercard American CollegeTalent Search sign-ups are Sept. 23 to Oct. 11. The show will be Oct. 24 at 7 p.m. in the Grand Hall. Winners of this round will go to the state level.

* Drunk Sitter training in Baker College Commons Monday, 7-9 p.m.

* If your club is interested in raising money, contact Sarah Nelson Crawford ASAP.

* Silver Saver cards are available from your SA senators.

* Check with your SA senators for unsold co-op books. Checks will be in next week.

Next meeting: Monday at 10 p.m. in Kelley Lounge at the Student Center.
