The movie presents an eye-opening look at a modern-day crisis. It is in Italian
with English subtitles.
A young Italian con man trying to steal relief money hires an Albanian war hero
to chair a non-existant company. Through a series of misadventures, the Italian
begins to understand the Albanians' situation.

Eastman Kodak sponsors screenings of award-winning short and student
films this weekend.
Many of the filmmakers will attend the screenings to represent their films.
The films show in blocks of four or five, with each presen-tation running
approximately two hours.
