Velasquez to present Chicana poetry at MFA

Gloria Velasquez, author of Tommy Stands alone as well as Superwoman Chicana, will recite her poetry Tomorrow at Border's Book store and Sunday at Houston Museum of Fine Arts. Velasquez's poetry deals with the issues of Chicana identity in the United States.
