- Peter Hanna
-
I am a certified personal trainer and have been practicing yoga for 11 years and teaching for the past two. Like many people, I have had weight challenges but made the decision years ago to take control and get in shape. In the beginning, I worked with a personal trainer and was able to drop the extra weight while increasing my stamina, energy, and overall health. One of my many challenges was taking the initial step and making the commitment to achieve and sustain my goals. I now realize that the motivation that my personal trainer gave me was just the boost I needed. We all have to start somewhere, so why not start now?
As a personal trainer, my commitment is:
- To assist my clients in reaching real, sustainable health and fitness goals
- To hold you responsible to your goals in a helpful, supportive manner
- To provide constructive feedback and promote positive mental and physical well-being
- To help you understand that this journey requires a lifestyle change, not a short-term commitment
For those of you who are struggling to lose weight, recover from an injury, or just take your fitness to the next level, I can help. As a mentor, coach, and motivator, I am enthusiastic about working with you. Let’s make the journey together for a new and healthier you!
