This annual security report, which Rice makes available to the campus community, contains important information about safety and security at Rice University. All campus crime and fire statistics required by the Clery Act are included. Information about campus crime prevention and safety awareness programs also is provided.

Our goal is to help you achieve your research, teaching and learning goals in a safe and orderly environment. We look forward to engaging with students and other members of the community. We believe every member of the campus community has shared responsibility for the success of Rice University. As such, we are honored to participate in the academic process.
