WORKSHOP: Online Course Management and Collaboration

Attend this workshop to learn about OWL-Space, a conceptual framework for online tools to be used in teaching and learning, and in research. This tool, powered by the open source system called Sakai, will be deployed university-wide in the fall of 2006, but faculty can obtain accounts as early as spring 2006. If you will be away from email for an extended period, you can set up an automatic reply message using Mail web tools for your Owlnet or RUF account. You can also forward your mail to another email account or access your mail via the web.

Dial 713-348-2000 and follow the instructions to access your voicemail. Listen to messages or set a temporary greeting while you're away.
CALENDAR: From Off Campus
Check or change your Oracle Calendar appointments even if you are off-campus- just login through the web interface.
