Eudora, we want to keep using this, but the vendor no longer supports it; how can we keep it?
How can we make sure campus guests can access the local network resources when they are here? Also, the procedures for logging in at IBC are different from the login procedures for guests on campus. How can we make sure guests follow the correct procedures here in IBC?
In the IBC, power blips cause Rice phones and Internet outages that last until someone can physically come to the building and manually correct. Can this be automated?
