Rice Web Forum

The new Rice Web Forum is open to students, staff and faculty who create, maintain, design or contribute content for Rice web sites.

On an average of twice each semester, we'll bring in your own Rice colleagues and other web experts to discuss the challenges they faced in designing a site for their particular audience and to introduce new ideas about design and accessibility, industry standards, use of the web as a marketing tool versus a communications tool, and other topics.

In addition, the Rice Web Forum will preview new campus web sites. The forum is co-sponsored by Public Affairs and Web Services with the idea of providing an information-sharing venue for campus web site creators and maintainers.

To receive the next meeting notice, send your request to carlyn@rice.edu.
