Council re Staff Alternatives and Recommendations for WEWSAS, 5/20/1992
- This memo from the Staff of Eugene, Lane County and Lane Council of
Governments to the Eugene City Council and the Lane County Board of
Commissioners suggests four different possibilities of include information
about a secondary study area in the West Eugene Wetlands Plan. The
secondary study area was included in the March 1991 draft to make land
available for additional mitigation after the available area in the
primary study area has been used. But the included explanations were

deal with the secondary study area, including a new map for this area.
